About Us
Jobify is a crowdsourcing start-up located in Ramallah – Palestine. Founded on April 2019, Jobify now works on several data training projects for a variety of international companies employing artificial intelligence.
In the past year, Jobify provided jobs to 100+ Palestinian skilled independent contractors. Contractors work from home, with flexible working hours (20-30 hours per week, hours are divided on the days of the week according to the contractor’s availability).
Contractors are paid above the minimum wage (a minimum of 7$ per hour, depending on the project), their privacy and confidentiality are guaranteed, and they are treated with work ethics.
We believe that training data is as important as the machine learning algorithm is. If you have the most appropriate algorithm but you lack high-quality training data, your machine will learn the wrong lessons and fail your expectations. Thus, we provide guidelines, training sessions, and seminars to all of our independent contractors. We also provide round-the-clock support to ensure high-quality of the annotated data, accompanied with monitoring and constant feedback.
